Rules

1. No hate sites. All application from hate sites will be ignored.
2. Only sites for Chord’s co-stars or close friends will be accepted as elites.
3. Sites applying for top affiliates must at least have a high-quality domain or subdomain. The subject of the site doesn’t matter, unless your subject contradicts the first rule.
4. Do not send a duplicate application unless you don’t receive a reply within three weeks.
5. Sites applying for elite & top must be in English, or have an English version. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
6. Link us back first.

NOTE: Do not ask me to promote your site from regular to top, or top to elite. I choose which sites get moved up to a higher position on a case-by-case basis. Requesting a promotion will result in the site losing the chance to be promoted to a higher rank. Rules may be subject to change.
